Namaste Partnership Ltd., was formed in January 2014, by Hamish Alldridge and Elaine Mackenzie Grossart, who both act as Directors of the Company.
Hamish is a Scot, born in Glasgow, who has worked extensively in areas of management, and business development, ranging from the Tea Plantations of South India, to London, the southern Home Counties, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Fife.
He has also worked as a school master for 22 years, and has been a professional Fundraiser for the Third Sector.
His belief in Namaste and his commitment to its ethos, stems from his absolute belief in people and their value. This belief has been sustained throughout his career, enhanced by the rich variety of cultures he has engaged with. Hamish is married with 2 grown up daughters, and 4 grandchildren.
He is a former member of the Council of St.Leonard’s School, and a Trustee of The New Park Educational Trust. In addition to his directorship of Namaste Partnership Ltd., he is a Director of property search company Tweed and Tweed Limited. He lives in Fife.
Elaine Mackenzie Grossart

Elaine is currently a Director of Namaste Partnership Ltd, (a high end business facilitating organisation), She is also Director of SRS Research Limited, a political research organisation.
She has a background of experience in publishing having co-founded ‘Horse Times’, a niche informative colour publication for the Equestrian world in Scotland. She has also served as a Board Member of The Royal (Dick) Veterinary College (University of Edinburgh), Perth College (now University of Highlands and Islands) and as Director of The Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh. Elaine has also Event Management experience with Challenger UK Limited and has served with BBC Scotland in Research and Production.
